Choosing between the eFoils of 2025 means comparing boards that almost nobody has ridden back to back. This short preview sets up the Integrity Trials comparison of three of them: the Lift5 Pro, the Lift X and the SiFly Stellar X.
Weighed, assembled, then ridden
The method matters as much as the verdict. Each board is assembled on camera and each component put on a scale, rather than taking published figures at face value, which is the only way to compare like with like when brands measure differently. From there the boards go straight out for early freestyle riding and laps of the race course, so the first impressions come from riding rather than from a spreadsheet.

The longer episodes that follow work through ride quality, build integrity, freestyle performance and race handling for each board. Those are the four things that actually separate an eFoil you keep from one you sell after a season, and they are hard to judge without spending real time on all three.
Why the testing ran late
There is a good explanation for the delay in getting these reviews out. The Lift5 Pro is aggressive enough on the race course that it broke a knee brace on the sharpest and fastest turn of the course, and testing had to pause for three days until a replacement arrived. That is a useful data point in its own right about how hard these boards can be pushed.
