A speed run is not really a riding challenge, it is a setup question. The board will go as fast as the combination of wing, stabiliser and prop lets it, and the rider’s job is mostly to hold a clean line and not bleed speed. This is a short clip of one, on a Lift5 Pro, cut to music with no commentary.
The combination being run
Front wing is a 100 Surf V2, with a 32 Glide as the stabiliser, and the propulsion is the LCS with a fixed prop. That is a deliberate top end package rather than an all rounder. A smaller front wing means less drag once you are up and flying, the low profile rear keeps the tail settled at speed instead of adding lift you do not want, and a fixed prop trades the convenience of a folding one for a cleaner setup for going fast. If you have been trying to work out what people actually bolt together for a speed attempt, this is a straight answer.

Worth being clear about what this clip is and is not. It is a full send filmed on an Insta360 X5 and set to music, described as flying on the lake, but it does not put a top speed figure on screen or discuss one.
